Privacy policy
Effective date: 25 September 2026
Short version: we do not track you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no forms on this site. The only personal data processed are standard web-server logs and any email you choose to send us.

2. What we do not do
- No cookies of any kind, first- or third-party.
- No analytics, heat-maps, session recording, advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No fingerprinting and no use of localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- No third-party resources: fonts, scripts, images and styles all come from our own server.
- No contact forms, newsletters, accounts or comments.
3. Server logs
Like every website, our web server records technical information when your browser requests a page: IP address, date and time, the requested address, HTTP status, the amount of data transferred, the referring page (if your browser sends one) and the browser's user-agent string.
- Purpose: delivering the site, keeping it secure and diagnosing faults.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
- Recipients: our hosting provider, which operates the server for us as a processor. We do not use logs to build profiles and we do not share them with advertisers.
4. Emails you send us
If you email us, we process your email address, your message and any details you include in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where your request relates to a contract). We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Partner links
When you click a link marked “Partner link”, you leave kinetor.online. Our pages use the referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin, so the partner site learns only that you came from https://kinetor.online, not which page. If the address you used to reach our page contained campaign parameters (such as utm_…, gclid or msclkid), our page copies those parameters onto the partner link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. The parameters are not stored by us. From that point, the partner's own privacy and cookie policy applies. The partner may pay us a commission; we do not ask partners for personal data about you.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@kinetor.online. Because we hold so little data, we may need a detail such as the approximate time of your visit to find server-log entries within the 14-day window.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
7. Automated decisions and children
We make no automated decisions or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children's data.
8. Changes
If our processing changes, we will update this policy and its effective date. See also our cookie policy.
